BharatNet Phase III, also known as the Amended BharatNet Programme (ABP), represents a strategic advancement of India’s national broadband initiative, focused on strengthening rural and remote connectivity through improved planning, execution governance, and long-term network sustainability.
We are appointed as the Independent Engineer (IE) for multiple Project Implementation Agency (PIA) packages under ABP, providing independent technical oversight across 11 states—Karnataka, Goa, Puducherry, Kerala, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and Meghalaya.
Our role is to act as the IE, responsible for verification, inspection, and certification of project activities across the entire lifecycle, including survey validation, design compliance, implementation quality, HOTO processes, commissioning, and SLA adherence. We ensure that all works executed by PIAs strictly comply with RFP conditions, approved designs, technical standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
